Tim and Conor's Summer Fundraiser

This summer, Tim (16) and Conor (13) decided they wanted to spend some of their free time making a difference. After hearing their mom talk about the incredible work of The Smile Back Foundation and the many people in Guatemala who desperately need life-changing surgeries they cannot afford, they decided to do something to help. Their goal is to raise $3,000 to help cover hospital costs for patients receiving these life-changing surgeries.

The Smile Back Foundation provides life-changing surgeries to people in Guatemala who otherwise would not have access to the care they need.

Many of these patients suffer from conditions such as cleft lips and palates, facial tumors, and other serious medical conditions that make it difficult to eat, speak, or live a normal life.

The Smile Back Foundation brings together a team of volunteer surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, and other medical professionals who generously donate their time and expertise to perform these surgeries at no cost. However, even with the medical team volunteering, there are still significant expenses, including hospital stays, medications, and other patient care costs.
